The Westin SG6 LED Running Boards add water-resistant LED lights that light the step surface, switched on automatically by magnetic switches, to the same 86in extruded aluminum board with a slip resistant textured step. Pick the vehicle specific mount kit listed for the truck, sold separately, install it and set the board on it. The doors then open onto a lit, wide step at the end of a long day.
