The WARN 9.0Rc Winch is vehicle-mounted, with a 4.8 hp series wound motor with a pull capacity of 9,000 lbs. Built for rock crawling with a low profile, gear reduction ratio of 216:1, lightweight, and compact. A synthetic rope with a ballistic nylon sliding sleeve provides extra protection against abrasion and wear and a 360-degree swivel hook and thimble. Aluminum hawse fairlead. Operator-controlled "Mechanical cone" braking during winching with our exclusive multi-segment cam actuated brake. Handheld remote switch, with automatic operation. The winch is painted a glossy red with a primer undercoat, giving it superior corrosion resistance.
