The 2.4L turbo in the new Tacoma breathes hard on grades, and heat in the engine bay costs it airflow. Towing a trailer makes that loss easy to feel.

The K&N 63 Series replaces the factory intake with a rotationally molded HDPE tube, a custom heat shield and a washable High-Flow LIFETIME oiled cotton filter. K&N lists estimated gains of up to 15.6 HP and 20.7 lb-ft from wheel-based dynamometer testing, with the filter needing cleaning only every 100,000 miles.

Remove the stock parts, install the tube, shield and filter, and clamp the connections. Dyno reports are included with the system.
