Lift a Tacoma two or three inches, add a rack and a fridge, and the rear shocks that came with the truck run out of travel and out of patience. Hard bottom-outs on the way to the trailhead set the tone for the day.

The FOX Factory Race 2.5 Internal Bypass shock is made for that lifted rear. It offers 9.55 in of travel, and its bypass design stiffens progressively as the shock nears the end of its stroke to control bottom-outs and harsh top-outs. The piggyback reservoir carries extra oil, and the DSC adjuster tunes compression to your load.

Fit the pair at the rear, dial the adjuster and drive. Loaded or light, the back of the truck settles instead of crashing.
