Airing down for rock and sand works until the tire bead lets go of the rim. The Dirty Life Roadkill Race is built for that kind of use: a lightweight 10-spoke cast aluminum wheel with V-shaped windows, an increased rim wall thickness and a 3,400 lb load rating. It is 17x9 in with a -14mm offset with a machined finish. A forged 6061 aluminum beadlock ring is held on with 24 grade 8 yellow zinc plated bolts. Mount the tire, bolt the ring down and run the pressure the trail calls for. Functional beadlock use is for off-road only.
