This Diode Dynamics kit mounts two SSC1 LED pods underneath the rear bumper on powdercoated aluminum brackets, and the pods supply a high-power reverse light plus a red accent light. The Sport power level has a measured output of 1,030 lumens in an 80° x 50° flood pattern. A vehicle-specific adapter harness connects to the 4Runner wiring.

Mount the brackets, connect the wiring harness to the vehicle, and the area behind the 4Runner is lit whenever you back up.
