For the Toyota 4Runner 2003-2024, BILSTEIN's B8 8100 Bypass pairs a dual tube body with external bypass adjusters. This rear driver side unit uses a 60mm hard anodized aluminum piston. Incremental Flow adjusters allow fine, stepped changes to rebound and compression, and the remote reservoir mounts with a bolt-on aluminum anodized bracket. Rebound and compression adjust independently, so the shock can be retuned as loads and terrain change.

Swap it in at a garage bench or a driveway, then test it on a rough road. Suspension noise and bounce in the 4Runner drop away.
