A 46mm monotube and a remote reservoir make up the rear passenger side B8 5160 for the Toyota 4Runner 1996-2002, sized for 0-2.5in of rear lift. The remote reservoir adds oil capacity and sheds heat. Deflective disc valving adjusts itself to the surface, and the banjo hose fitting swivels 360 degrees.

Work through the rear mounts one at a time, then roll it out for a test run. Every washboard stretch in the 4Runner gets a little less punishing.
