Worn ball joints on a 60 axle mean a rebuild, and oversized tires, heavy loads and offset wheels shorten their life. Conventional crimp-style retaining designs are known for separation failures.
TeraFlex Tera60 HD wear-adjustable ball joints replace the crimp-style design with a threaded ball stud retaining ring. The ring allows precise preload adjustment during assembly and on-vehicle adjustment later with basic hand tools, so a worn joint is adjusted instead of rebuilt. Each joint has a 32mm heat-treated chromoly ball stud and a hardened tool steel wear plate, with dual helical grease grooves that let spent grease exit through a low-profile seal.
Install the set of four, adjust the preload, and keep the grease zerks reachable even with the axle shafts in.
