Locking hubs on a heavy axle take a lot of torque, and soft teeth or a corroded dial are what fail first. The TeraFlex SlimLock Hub Kit is built for Dana 60 axles with manual locking hubs and 35-spline axle shafts. The dial is polished 304 stainless steel that resists corrosion for smooth operation. The hub and shaft cogs are 4140 quench and tempered chromoly with hardened teeth that hold precise engagement under torque. A bronze bushing sleeve reduces wear between the hub and driver. Fit the kit, and the hubs engage and release without drama.
