Synergy Manufacturing Super Duty Front 2.5in Leveling Kit - F250/F350 Diesel 05+ Info & Specs
The Synergy Ford Super Duty F-250 / F-350 Leveling System lifts the front of the truck 2.5in and includes all the components necessary to ensure your truck rides and handles better than stock. The springs are progressively wound and, when matched with the Fox shocks, provide a soft ride while increasing bottoming resistance and allowing for 9- 3/4in of travel.
The increased travel Fox shocks are protected from damage by the 1in Synergy bump stop spaces. The factory brake lines are retained and allow for the increase in height by utilizing the Synergy brake line relocation brackets. Using these brackets factory, ABS clips are preserved, so there is no need to bleed the brakes after installation. Caster shims are provided to maintain the vehicle's factory handling and steering response after leveling. The Synergy Ford leveling system allows up to 37in tire with correct backspacing.

- The coils are designed to set solid (fully collapse) without overstressing the material and are pre-set from the factory, meaning the springs will never settle or sag.
- Coil springs feature an abrasion-resistant powder coat finish for maximum durability and corrosion resistance
- Front-wheel travel is increased 30 percent from 7 3/4 inches to 9 3/4 inches
- Brake line relocation brackets are laser cut and zinc plated for a precise fit and prolonged life
- CNC machined 6061-T6 Aluminum Bump stop spacers
- Caster shims are made from high-strength 1045 steel and zinc plated for corrosion protection
