SpeedStrap Heavy-Duty Spare Tire Over-The-Tread Tie Down, 2in, Black Info & Specs

A spare tire on a rack or carrier should not be a puzzle when you need it. This SpeedStrap tie down goes over the tread of the spare and snaps on and off quickly, because its hooks sit parallel to the tread. A shorter ratchet with a wide handle keeps it compact. Throw it over the tire, ratchet it tight and the spare stays put until you need it.
