Designed with new and improved spouts that are C.A.R.B./ECO approved, they do not allow fuel or water to dispense until you apply light pressure against the tank being filled which will eliminate gas/water spills on your vehicle or machine. Thanks to a patented three layer Roto-Molding process, along with specialty formulated plastic barrier material, the Rotopax meets the government's new extremely low permeability requirements and are the only EPA and CARB compliant containers available for sale in the United States.
