It's summertime, the weather is warm and it's time to remove the doors of your Jeep. The Rock Slide Engineering Step Slider Door Delete Kit allows you to take those doors off and continue the use of your automatic steps by manual control, allowing for continued step function without doors. Simply unplug your door sensors and install the door delete kit, which is compatible with the RSE Ste Slider 2.0 Electrical Harness. To work properly, you need a single kit for a 2-door and if you have a 4 door Jeep you will need two kits. Easy installation!
Rock Slider Engineering recommends that you only install door delete kits on the front passenger and driver doors in order to avoid accidental deployment. If you are out wheeling and an accidental deployment should happen by a child or a passenger in the back seat, it may cause damage to your step.
