The Rigid D-XL PRO pair steps up from the original D-Series with a 4in x 4in housing, an unbreakable polycarbonate lens and stainless steel hardware. The hyperspot optic puts out 2,646 raw lumens at 33 W.

Mount the pods on the stainless steel U-shape brackets with the vibration isolators, run the harness to the switch and plug in the Deutsch connector. The long straight sections stay readable, and the late surprises show up early enough to deal with.
