The Rhino-Rack STOW iT Utility Holder clamps tools from 10 to 50mm in diameter with a ratchet lock, and a key lock that can be keyed alike with your roof rack. Its powder coated aluminum bodies mount on Zwifloc channel nuts that drop into the Pioneer side rail anywhere, without moving other accessories.
Drop the nuts in, bolt the holders down, and ratchet the handle tight. The shovel is on the rack and ready when the trail calls for it.
