Each holder snaps around a Heavy Duty or Vortex bar like a wristwatch, with a glass-reinforced nylon frame and Santoprene rubber padding that keeps gear from getting scratched. It mounts lengthways or sideways, and it can also bolt straight to the planks of a Pioneer system.

Clip the pair onto your bars, lay the gear in place and pull the strap tight. Long items ride outside the cabin and arrive the way they left.
