Work gear and 4WD gear are heavy, and a crossbar that is bent, worn or the wrong length is the weak point in the rack. A replacement bar should match the system and be ready to load.

The Rhino-Rack Heavy Duty Crossbar is built for tradespeople and four-wheel drivers and comes cut to a predefined length, here 59 in (1500 mm) in black. It includes the rubber strip and end caps and fits CXB and other Heavy Duty legs.

Bolt the bar to the legs, set the spacing and load the roof. The rack is back to full strength.
