The Batwing 270 Freestanding Awning mounts on the passenger side and wraps around the right side and rear, covering 12.3 sq m (132 sq ft). It reaches up to 2 m (78 in) from the edge of the vehicle and spans over 5.9 m deployed. Its 280gsm ripstop polycotton fabric has a 2000 mm waterhead rating and UV50+ protection, and it packs into a woven polyester bag.

Mount it to the rack, open it at camp and peg it out, with the poles ready when the weather turns. The corner of the rig becomes a sheltered camp room.
