It comes with tires, wheels (6x5.5 bolt pattern) and a brake controller, so there are fewer parts to buy before the first trip.
Hook up the trailer, connect the brake controller and load it. An integrated breakaway system applies the brakes if the trailer ever separates from the tow vehicle.
