Getting to cargo or a rack on top of a high roof Sprinter usually means climbing on whatever is nearby, and rain or mud makes every foothold worse. The Westin Mesa Side Ladder is 2-piece 11-gauge aluminum with 14.5 in. x 2.5 in. x 1 in. steps and a dimple stamped top plate for grip. The 7-gauge mounting brackets and hardware are included, and pre-drilled side holes take cargo accessories. Pinch weld drilling is required, so plan the mounting point before the first hole. After that, the roof is a steady climb from the side of the van.
