Swapping a Dana 44 into a TJ means a pile of fabrication before the first mile: spring pads, control arm mounts, shock mounts and a track bar mount that all have to land in the right place. A wrong position changes the suspension geometry for good. The TeraFlex bracket kit supplies every bracket needed to install a Dana 44 front axle in a TJ Wrangler or LJ Wrangler Unlimited. Each piece is CNC laser cut and precision bent from 3/16in steel for correct positioning, and the lower control arm and track bar brackets offer multiple mounting locations to tune geometry and front roll center. Weld the brackets on, finish the raw steel with paint or powder coat, and the axle is ready to hang.
