A TJ on 35 to 40 inch tires can run out of room in the front wheel wells long before it runs out of lift. A bigger lift brings its own costs and problems. The Crawler Highline front flare takes the other route and replaces the stock front fender with 3/16 in aluminum that adds 4 inches on top of the tire and 5 inches behind it. It is cut by water jet, formed on a CNC press brake and welded into a seamless piece. Factory hardware bolts it on, with no drilling or cutting.
