They are offered in polished and black powder coated finishes. Cab length bars sit along the rocker panels and protect them from potential damage. A mount kit comes with the bars for a bolt-on fit to the rocker panel, with no drilling on most applications. From the first drive, the step is ready and the sills stay clear of boot scuffs.
