A bent or broken front axle ends a trip, and rebuilding it usually means sourcing a locker, gears and shafts separately. Many owners also want a stronger axle than stock.

The TeraFlex Tera30 HD front axle housing steps up to an assembled unit with an ARB air locker and a choice of pre-installed Dana Spicer ring and pinion ratios. The heavy-duty housing has 3.25 x 0.5in axle tubes, 27-spline inner axle shafts, forged inner knuckles and TeraFlex HD ball joints, and it eliminates the center axle disconnect. It takes Dana 30 AdvanTEK (M186) internal components.

Move your outer components over (stub shafts, unit bearings, knuckle assembly, brakes, sensors), and the front axle is complete.
