Differentials hang low, and the cover is the first part of the axle to take a rock. A dented stock cover leaves the ring and pinion short of oil, and a cracked one ends the trip.

The ARB M220 Differential Cover is a high-tensile nodular iron cover with a computer-optimized cross-brace design that stiffens the whole axle like a truss. It is made for the rear M220 axle of the JL Rubicon and Gladiator JT. Neodymium magnets in the drain plug and dipstick catch metal wear particles.

Swap it for the stock cover and refill the gear oil.
