Trim the body for a Highline rear flare and the standard liner leaves a gap above it. The Nemesis Industries Highline Kit liner closes that gap by bringing its upper lip higher in the wheel well, behind the flare base. It is built for 40 in and larger tires, from .090 in aluminum that is formed and TIG-welded, and it needs the Vapor Canister Relocation Bracket, which you can add at checkout. Done right, the opening is finished instead of left short.
