The Go Rhino Rockline Spare Tire Relocation Kit moves the factory tire carrier 3 in out and 2 in up, which works with tires up to 40 in. It adds mounting locations for jack mounts, can mounts and baskets.

Fit the kit to the factory carrier and bolt it on without drilling. The spare gets the room it needs, and accessories get a place to go.
