This DV8 Offroad kit swaps the factory joints on Dana 30 and Dana 44 axles for SAE 4140 chromoly studs with rolled threads and an SAE 1045 knurled housing that locks into the knuckle. Greaseable, serviceable boots help the joints last in high-heat use, and the kit includes both flush and standard grease zerks to suit stock or aftermarket axle shaft setups.

Pull the old joints, press in the new ones, grease them, and get back on the trail.
