Bigger tires and harder trails put more load on the front axle shafts of a JL or JT, and a failed shaft stops a trip cold. Stepping up to heavy-duty shafts is a way to take that risk off the list.
The TeraFlex Tera44 Complete Front Axle Shaft Assembly is built from 4340 chromoly steel. Each assembly comes pre-built with the inner axle shaft, outer stub shaft and 1350 U-joint installed. It works with ARB locker-equipped and factory locker Tera44 housings, and it can also replace the factory CV axle shafts in the original housing.
Choose 32 or 35 spline and the correct side, then install in about two hours.
