Lift a Jeep and fit bigger tires, and the load on the frame-side track bar bracket and the steering box sector shaft goes up with them. Left alone, that stress can end in a failed track bar or steering box, a long way from the pavement. The Synergy Front Track Bar and Sector Shaft Brace supports both points. The track bar brace is laser cut from 0.187 inch plate, and the sector shaft brace is 6061-T6 aluminum with a greasable bearing. Both bolt on and carry a grey powder coat. Fit the braces, set the bump stop spacing for your track bar, and the steering box and track bar mount have the support they need.

Notes

• This is not a replacement track bar bracket; it reinforces the stock frame-side front track bar bracket
• If the stock track bar bracket is damaged, complete the required repairs before installing this product
• No bump stop spacing is required when used with the Synergy 8875-01 Front Track Bar
• With the stock front track bar, a minimum of 2 inches of bump stop spacing is required
• With an aftermarket front track bar, remove the front springs and cycle the suspension to full bump to find the bump stop spacing needed to keep the track bar off the sector shaft nut and other parts
