A standard 7in headlight doesn't line up with the JL or JT mounting points on its own, and a light that can't be aimed is a light that bothers other drivers. These ORACLE Lighting metal brackets attach at the factory mounting locations with the original hardware, and they adjust both horizontally and vertically so the beam can be aimed after installation. Bolt them in, mount the headlights, and aim them. A 7in headlight sits where the Jeep expects it and points where you want it.
