On a 2018-2023 JL or JT without electronic disconnects, the front sway bar stays connected unless something changes, and it holds back the articulation a lift was meant to add.

These MetalCloak quick disconnects bolt into the factory locations and release the bar by hand. The 11-12in rods are 1in OD by .25in wall DOM steel with spherical rod ends, 3/4in 4130 chromoly mounting pins and bar pin clips. A 3/8in laser-cut riser bracket makes the studs easier to reach, and bolt plates with stow straps secure the bar and links while wheeling. They suit MetalCloak 2.5in to 5.5in lifts.

Install takes about an hour with no cutting. Disconnect at the trailhead, stow, and reconnect for the road.
