A JL or JT with a 2.5in lift and bigger tires puts the front shocks through a lot. Heat builds on long dirt runs, the ride gets harsh in the small stuff, and one damper setting never fits both the highway and the trail.

The ICON 2.5 Series front shock pair has a one-piece impact extruded aluminum cylinder and a remote reservoir that reduces fade. CDC valves give 10 levels of compression adjustment with the turn of a knob, and an internal Bump Zone adds 20% damping near full compression. The shocks are 100% rebuildable and revalveable.

Fit the pair, set compression and drive. The front end stays controlled whether the road is paved or not.
