The center of a steel bumper is an obvious place for lights, but a stock bumper does not come set up for them. A solid bracket keeps them aimed where they should be.

Grimm OffRoad's Center Light Mount Bracket mounts a light bar or a pair of pod lights to the center of the factory JL/JT Rubicon steel front bumper. It has adjustable positions for a 10 inch light bar or pair of pods and is formed from 12 gauge high-strength steel.

Bolt it on with no drilling or cutting, then mount the lights.
