A Wrangler JL or Gladiator JT working a washboard road after dark has headlights for the middle of the lane and very little for the edges. Ruts, rocks and turns arrive late, and the miles back to camp turn into slow, tense driving.

This Diode Dynamics kit mounts two SS5 LED pods on the factory bumper using application-specific steel brackets that bolt to factory mounting points, with no drilling. The Sport pods are rated at 40 W with a measured output of 3,700 lumens through a yellow lens in a driving pattern, and the included harness lets them run from the factory aux switch bank.

Bolt the brackets to the bumper, plug the pods into the harness, and pick the switch. The trail ahead is lit from the bumper, not only from the headlights.
