Climbing in and out of a lifted JL is harder than it should be, and most steps cost ground clearance you need on the trail.

The DV8 Offroad OE Plus Series side steps offer a step surface without giving up clearance. Anti-slip step plates hold in wet or muddy conditions, the taper lets front passengers exit without rubbing the step, and the steps shield the body from small branches and rocks kicked up by the tires. A micro-texture black powder coat protects against corrosion.

They mount to the body pinch weld, with minor drilling on some vehicles.
