Jeep Wrangler JK/TJ/LJ, ARB Dana 44 Differential Cover, Black

A Dana 44 differential hangs low and takes the hits that the skid plates miss. A cracked cover on a trail leaves oil on the rocks and a long walk behind it.

The ARB Dana 44 Differential Cover is a cast iron cover with a computer-optimized cross-brace design that stiffens the axle housing and supports the carrier bearings. Tensile cap screws sit recessed, and neodymium magnets in the drain plug and dipstick end collect metal particles. It offers more protection than the factory cover.

Swap it for the stock cover and refill the gear oil.
