Lift a JK 4 in or more and the front track bar angle changes, which brings bump steer and a front end that wanders on the highway. Moving the mounting point is the fix.

The TeraFlex Front Upper Track Bar Drop Bracket lowers the front track bar mounting point to correct steering geometry for better highway drivability. Multiple track bar mounting holes let you fine tune the track bar angle to reduce bump steer and other front-end issues. Bolt it in, set the angle, and the front end settles down.
