A wide-track build starts with a wide axle, and a bent or damaged housing is a good time to step up from the stock one. A bare housing lets you reuse the parts you already own.

The TeraFlex Tera44 HD Wide Front Axle Housing is a heavy-duty, 70in wide housing with axle tubes, bracketry and forged inner knuckles, with inner seals and upper control arm bushings pre-installed. It requires a new differential, ring and pinion, inner axle shafts, and bearings and install kit, and the existing outer components (stub shafts, knuckle assembly, ball joints, unit bearings, brakes, sensors) transfer to it.

It must be paired with a 70in wide rear axle housing, such as the Tera CRD60 HD Wide Rear Axle Housings.
