Oversized wheels and heavier tires ask more of the front brakes, and a JK stopping 33 to 35in tires from highway speed can feel it. The TeraFlex Front Big Brake Kit answers with dual-piston calipers, 13.3in slotted and vented rotors for both 5x5 and 5x5.5 patterns, and a full pad kit. It is a simple bolt-on upgrade that does not require cutting, welding or adapters. TeraFlex lists the kit for 2-door and Unlimited models alike. Install the calipers and rotors, bed the pads, and the front end has more braking hardware for the bigger rig.
