Jeep Wrangler JK 2012-2018, Rock Hard 4x4 DoubleWall Transmission Crossmember, 3.6L

The factory transmission crossmember on a JK is stamped from 14-gauge steel. Under the transmission, that is a thin part for a heavy load.

The DoubleWall crossmember is laser cut from 3/16in thick steel, with a 3/16in top plate and a 3/16in bottom plate for 3/8in of plate steel in total. It is a drop-in replacement for the factory piece on 2012-2018 vehicles with the 3.6L engine, finished in a powder coat that resists weather and debris.

Take out the factory crossmember, set the new one in, and bolt it up. Installation takes under an hour with simple hand tools, with no drilling, cutting or welding.
