Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018, MetalCloak Outboard Shock Mount Spacer Relocation Kit, Lower Front

With more wheel travel, the front shocks on a JK need room to move with the axle. The factory lower mounts let the shock bodies hit the frame rails and hold the eyelets so the bushings bind instead of swing.

This MetalCloak kit moves the lower front mounts outboard, away from the frame rails, and rotates each shock eyelet 90 degrees so it swings with the axle. The brackets are laser-cut 3/16in hot rolled steel with a gold zinc finish.

It bolts on in about an hour, and the shocks cycle through full articulation without contact.
