Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018, MetalCloak Heavy Duty Front Sway Bar Quick Disconnects, 11-12in

A JK without the electronic disconnect keeps its front sway bar locked in on every trail, and that bar limits the travel a lift was built to deliver.

These MetalCloak quick disconnects bolt into the factory locations and let the front bar come loose by hand. The 11-12in rods are 1in by .25in wall steel with machined wrench flats and double adjustment, and spherical rod ends with a self-lubricating race replace end link bushings. Bar pin clips release them quickly, and bolt plates with stow straps tie the bar and links to the frame while wheeling. They suit MetalCloak 2.5in to 4.5in mid arm lifts.

Install takes about an hour with no cutting. Pull the pins at the trailhead, stow the links, and reconnect for the highway.
