Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018, MetalCloak 6Pak Front Shock Mount Kit Info & Specs
Long-travel shocks only help if they fit the Jeep, and the stock JK front shock towers do not leave room for a 15in travel 6Pak shock.
This MetalCloak kit adds that clearance with driver and passenger upper brackets in CNC-formed 3/16in hot rolled steel, plus lower shock mount spacers and brake line bracket relocation bolts. The brackets bolt into the factory shock locations, are gold zinc plated, and are designed specifically for 6Pak shocks.
Plan on about an hour, with some drilling. Bolt in the brackets, mount the shocks, and the front end is ready to use the full travel.
