It bolts to the bottom of the bumper and drops down to bolt underneath the frame cross-member as well, protecting nearby suspension and engine components from big impacts with rocks and stumps. It is for owners who already have the Signature Series mid-width or full-width front bumper.
Bolt it on and the front end has more cover for the rocks.
