The sway bar that keeps a lifted Jeep steady on the highway also holds back flex on the trail. Fighting a stuck quick-disconnect link under a muddy fender, hammer in hand, is a poor way to start an obstacle.
The APEX autoLYNX replaces that routine with a knob. A quarter turn on each side disconnects the front sway bar in under 10 seconds, and it can be done on uneven ground.
Choose the 10.5 in stroke for aftermarket shocks, bolt them on, and turn the knobs at the trail. Then turn them back and push down until the click.
Key Features
- Quarter turn of a knob on each side disconnects the sway bar in less than 10 seconds
- Disconnects on uneven ground with up to 4 in of articulation, with no stuck quick-disconnect link to fight
- To reconnect, turn the knobs to the lock position and push the sway bar down until it clicks; only one side needs to be pushed, and the other side latches while driving
- Reconnects at full articulation, with no need to park the bar or clean mounting pins
