A lifted JK's factory rear shocks run out of stroke, and a loaded rear end pushes them harder. The back bounces over rough pavement and gets harsh on dirt.
The ICON V.S. 2.0 Series rear shock is a nitrogen-charged monotube with an internal reservoir, a 6063 anodized aluminum body and a 5/8in chrome plated shaft. It is vehicle specific, fully rebuildable and revalveable, and uses polyurethane bushings with forged steel mounting stems.
Fit one on each side and drive. The rear rides smoother with 2-3in of lift.
