Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018, DV8 Offroad Dana 35 Cast Iron Differential Cover, Gray Info & Specs

Thin stock covers flex and run hot on the trail. A stronger cover helps protect the axle and carries more gear oil.

This DV8 Offroad Dana 35 differential cover is engineered from high tensile nodular cast iron, with a thick 1/2 in mounting flange and 1/4 in housing. It stiffens the axle and adds oil capacity, which lowers the operating temperature of the gear oil. Class 12.9 hardware, 18 percent stronger than Grade 8, is included and the cover is powder coated gray.

Drain the oil, bolt it on and refill.
