The OE steel bumper on a special-edition Wrangler is not winch mountable as it comes, which leaves an owner who wants recovery gear without a place to mount it.

This Bulldog Winch kit converts the OE steel bumper on the Jeep Wrangler JK Moab, Backcountry and Call of Duty MW3 Editions, and the AEV steel front bumper, so it can carry a winch. It includes a winch mount and fairlead plate, a vacuum canister relocation bracket and the mounting hardware.

Relocate the canister, bolt in the plate and mount the winch. The factory steel bumper becomes a recovery bumper.
